Playing responsibly
You may use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Respect the store age rating; minors must have any permission required from a parent or guardian. Do not exploit bugs, manipulate purchases or scores, disrupt services, infringe others’ rights or use the game unlawfully. Restrictions do not remove uses permitted by mandatory law.
Purchases, rewards and virtual items
Optional purchases are processed by Google Play at the price and conditions displayed before you confirm. Virtual currency and items are usable within the game and have no cash redemption value. Rewarded ads are optional and rewards depend on receiving a completion confirmation; availability can vary. Refund requests and purchase problems can be raised through Google Play or our support contact. Applicable consumer rights, including any legally required remedies, remain unaffected.
Progress and availability
Progress is primarily stored on your device; Android backup may apply. Google Play Games sign-in does not itself guarantee cross-device save synchronisation. Removing app data, changing devices or restoring a backup may affect progress. We may update the game, correct errors and change features. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability of the app or third-party services; any change remains subject to applicable consumer protections.
Artwork and intellectual property
The game, branding, software and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. The game’s share feature permits personal, non-commercial sharing of unlocked artwork with its included branding. It does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to resell the artwork, create merchandise, or use NEXTMOON or Infinite Chain branding in a way that implies endorsement. Rights belonging to third parties remain with their owners.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Italian law applies to the extent permitted by law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Mandatory rules on the competent court remain applicable.
