Delete progress on this device
In Android, open Settings → Apps → Infinite Chain → Storage (or Storage & cache) → Clear storage / Clear data. Menu names vary by device. This resets local progress, unlocked items, settings and locally recorded purchase delivery. Make sure you want a reset before proceeding. Uninstalling can also remove local data, but a later installation may restore Android backup data.
Manage Android backups
Check your Google/Android backup settings separately if you do not want game data restored. Removing local storage does not necessarily remove a backup already held by your backup provider. Use your device or Google account’s backup controls and help information.
Delete Google Play Games activity
Follow the instructions in Google Play Games to delete data for Infinite Chain or manage your Play Games profile. This is different from clearing the app’s local progress. Leaderboard records and profile visibility are managed by Google; the game does not delete your Google account.
Request deletion from NEXTMOON
Email with the subject “Infinite Chain — data deletion”. Tell us what you want deleted and which email address or support conversation it relates to. If your request concerns a player record, include a relevant player identifier only if needed. Never send your Google password. We will explain what information we can act on and what must be managed through Google. Necessary legal, fraud-prevention or dispute records may be retained as permitted by law; we will explain any applicable exception.
Purchases and advertising
Clearing game data does not cancel purchases, trigger a refund or erase Google’s transaction records. Manage those through Google Play. To change advertising choices, use Settings → Privacy in the game when the privacy-options form is available, and Android’s advertising-ID controls. Infinite Chain does not create a separate NEXTMOON login account.
