Who this policy covers
This policy covers the Infinite Chain Android app (com.nextmoon.infinitechain) and this website. NEXTMOON is the public studio name of the independent developer based in Italy. For privacy enquiries and requests, contact . Google and other services you choose to use also process information under their own policies.
Game progress on your device
The game stores progress, unlocked artwork, currency, inventory, settings, lives, scores and purchase-delivery records on your device to run the game and prevent duplicate rewards. Android backup may include app data according to your device and Google account settings. This is separate from Google Play Games sign-in. There is no separate NEXTMOON account or custom game-save server in the current app.
Google Play Games
When connected, Google Play Games provides your player identifier and display name and handles leaderboard scores. The app submits scores and retrieves leaderboard entries and your rank. Public visibility depends on your Google Play Games profile and sharing choices; the game does not change these settings for you. You can manage or delete game activity through Google Play Games.
Advertising and your choices
The app uses Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos and interstitial ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), advertising/app identifiers, interactions with the app or ads and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Availability of personalised ads depends on your region, consent and settings. Google’s consent platform presents choices where required. You can reopen the available advertising choices from the game’s Settings → Privacy and manage your advertising ID in Android settings. Purchases and sharing
Google Play handles payments. The app receives product identifiers, purchase status and purchase tokens to deliver and restore eligible purchases and prevent duplicate delivery. NEXTMOON does not receive your full payment-card details from the game. If you share an unlocked image, Android opens the sharing application you select and grants access to that image. That service then handles the content under its own policy.
This website and support messages
This static website has no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, contact forms or tracking cookies. Fonts, images and videos are served from this site. Its hosting infrastructure may process ordinary connection logs, such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we receive the address, message and attachments you send and use them to handle your request. Please do not send passwords or complete payment-card details. See website privacy.
Purposes, legal bases and recipients
Where the GDPR applies, processing necessary to provide requested game features and support is based on performance of the service; security and fraud prevention may rely on legitimate interests; legal obligations may require keeping certain records. Consent is used where required for advertising or optional device storage/access, and can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Information may be handled by Google for its services, hosting and email providers, the sharing service you choose, and authorities where legally required. The app has no separate feature through which NEXTMOON sells a player database. Advertising still involves data sharing with Google as described above.
Retention and international processing
Local game data remains until removed or replaced; Android backup and Google service data have separate controls. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request, handle follow-up or disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting logs are kept only for the operational and security needs of the hosting service. Google and infrastructure providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA; their privacy information describes applicable transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights and deletion
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Contact ; we may need proportionate information to verify a request. Under the GDPR we normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You may complain to the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or your local supervisory authority. Instructions for local progress, Google Play Games and support records are on Your data. Deleting data in one service does not automatically delete it in the others.
Children, security and changes
Follow the game’s store age rating and the age and consent requirements that apply where you live. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information. We do not ask players to send sensitive information in order to play. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. We update this notice when the app or its data practices change and show the update date above.
